
Vice President, Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Jeff Ginn is the Vice President of Building Automation Systems (BAS) at Air Systems, Inc., where he leads the strategy, growth, and execution of the BAS organization across Northern California. Based in San Jose, Jeff partners closely with mechanical, service, and technology teams to deliver integrated building solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and long-term facility performance for clients throughout the region.
At Air Systems, Jeff is focused on building high-performing teams and long-term customer partnerships rooted in responsiveness, accountability, and results. He is passionate about leveraging modern BAS platforms, analytics, and digital tools to help clients operate more efficient, resilient, and adaptable facilities—supporting Air Systems’ mission of creating “Customers for Life” through Total Facility Solutions.
Jeff is also a strong advocate for leadership development, continuous improvement, and the thoughtful adoption of technology to enhance both customer experience and internal performance. He is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to professionalism, trust, and measurable outcomes.
Jeff brings nearly four decades of experience in the mechanical and building automation industry, with a career spanning sales leadership, customer engagement, and the deployment of advanced automation technologies. Prior to joining Air Systems, Jeff spent more than five years with Schneider Electric, where he supported the Bay Area market and worked closely with regional teams to deliver building automation, energy management, and smart building solutions for a wide range of commercial and institutional customers.
Earlier in his career, Jeff held progressive roles within the mechanical and controls industry, developing a strong foundation in consultative sales, relationship management, and systems-based problem solving. This breadth of experience allows him to bridge the gap between building owners, engineering teams, and technology platforms—ensuring solutions are not only technically sound but aligned with each customer’s operational and business goals.
