As President, Will sets the company’s strategic direction, oversees its revenue and profitability growth, identifies significant opportunity areas, and establishes appropriate organizational structures and policies. He identifies and implements the steps needed to accomplish Air Systems’ short and long-term goals, including designing and enacting programs, plans, and procedures to propel initiatives and developing specific goals and metrics for success.

Using his extensive knowledge of the industry, he designs processes and analytical models to coordinate company operations toward maximum profitability and customer experience, working closely with the other executives to build, develop, and drive the business forward.

Expertise

Will has over 20 years of facilities experience. He began his career as a Civil Engineer Officer in the United States Air Force, where he learned the practical realities of designing, constructing, and maintaining facilities in stateside positions such as Project Manager and Chief of Maintenance Engineering and internationally as Chief of Engineering at Al Dhafra Air Base in the United Arab Emirates.

In 2003, Will joined Carrier Corporation and served in a variety of roles culminating in his appointment as Director and General Manager of Carrier’s West Region in 2017 where he established a proven track record of effective organizational leadership and results-driven management. In 2020, he joined Air Systems as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Operations, before moving into the role of Chief Operating Officer, and then to President in July of 2024. 

Will earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver.
